Biomechanical Stimulation

Vibration stimulation (BMS) — activating muscles via mechanical vibration.

EN: Vibration/BMS

Resonance bands of cells/tissues 25–200 Hz (Volchek) + tissue bands (ProV)

Matching vibration frequency with the tissue’s natural one amplifies the effect: muscles 20–50, vessels 5–20, bone 100–200, nerves 50–150 Hz.

EN: Biological resonance (tissue bands)

MIDA catalog contribution-to-load range

A muscle’s percentage contribution to holding the exercise in a phase — a min–max range from the MIDA catalog.

EN: Muscle contribution (MIDA)

Normalized load share of a body part (arms / back / chest+abs / legs) in holding the load.

EN: Body-part load share

Vibrobar mass: tube + eccentrics + shaft + motor + counterweight + other parts

Computed vibrobar total mass; reference 7316.17 g, ~10% accuracy off-reference.

EN: Vibrobar mass (Mvg)

Keeping the working frequency away from resonances: r = f_work / f_mode stays far from 1.

EN: Frequency detuning

The eccentric rotation frequency of the operating mode, set in the vibro profile (10–200 Hz); a green marker on the sweep chart.

EN: Working frequency

0/25/50/75/100% of the trajectory (agreed variant 'a')

A key point of the isometric exercise cycle: 0% start, 25/50/75% intermediate, 100% finish.

EN: Exercise phase

18–33 Hz; separate vibroreceptor band 100–109 Hz

The frequency band with expected training effect (literature: Volchek, Kurchanova); shown as the yellow band on the sweep chart.

EN: Physiological frequency band (physio band)

Two vertical bar anchors per Alexander Zass’s method

Chains pull only: static tension ΣT = P − Mvg·g; above the slack onset (T_dyn ≥ T_stat) the chain slaps.

EN: Zass chains

The sweep — a continuous pass over the full frequency range: all response curves computed 10–200 Hz (381 points) with the real machine force F₀(f) ∝ ω². “Peak of the …

EN: Frequency sweep

Unbalance mass on the synchronization shaft

A mass with offset center of gravity: F_ecc = m·e·ω² — the main vibration source; a pair gives F₀ = 2·F_ecc.

EN: Eccentric (vibrobar unbalance)
