Vibrobar mass (Mvg)

Vibrobar mass: tube + eccentrics + shaft + motor + counterweight + other parts

MIDA

Short definition

Computed vibrobar total mass; reference 7316.17 g, ~10% accuracy off-reference.

Full definition

Mvg is computed in config.vibrobar_mass_breakdown from Lvb, eccentric mass and motor power: tube Ø30/24, two eccentrics, Ø12 shaft (Lss = Lvb + 2·cl + 2·t + Lcw), motor (mass = 1.43·W + 37 g), counterweight (compensates the motor) and “other parts” (anchor constant ≈ 2108 g). CAD anchor: Lvb 1060, m_ecc 502.25 g, 359 W → exactly 7316.17 g. Mvg enters chain statics (ΣT = P − Mvg·g) and the FEM masses.

Examples

With Lvb 1060 and 359 W the engine reports Mvg = 7.316 kg.
